Risk Disclosure

Tradeways provides trading-journal and analytics software. Tradeways Macro provides public information about central-bank decisions. These services help you review and analyse information, but they cannot remove trading risk, and they cannot tell you whether a trade, instrument, broker, strategy, or level of risk is right for you.

Effective date: 1 August 2026

Trading Risk

You can lose some or all of the capital you trade or invest. Leverage, margin, derivatives, short positions, options, futures, foreign exchange, and cryptoassets can produce rapid losses, and you can lose more than the amount you first commit. Volatility, market gaps, limited liquidity, execution delays, counterparty failure, technical outages, and changes in law or market structure can materially change your results. Only trade products you understand, and take only risks you can afford. If you are unsure, get advice from a licensed professional who can assess your circumstances.

We Are Not Your Broker, Custodian, Or Adviser

We do not execute or transmit orders, hold your money or financial assets, manage your portfolio, or tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. Journal prompts, metrics, scores, calculators, educational material, AI analysis, mentor comments, and community discussions are tools for information, analysis, and reflection. They do not assess your complete financial circumstances, and they cannot make a trade suitable for you. You are responsible for every order and decision you make through a broker, exchange, wallet, or other external service.

Performance, Scores, And Simulations

Past performance does not predict future results. The period you select, small samples, incomplete or misclassified records, changing market conditions, and hindsight can all distort historical statistics. Our scores, labels, confidence indicators, ratios, targets, and patterns reflect only the data and methodology used to calculate them. They are not a certification of skill, proof that a strategy has an edge, or a forecast of profitability. A favourable result can worsen as your data or the market changes. Our calculators and simulations, including the position-size, expectancy, drawdown-recovery, and risk-of-ruin tools, run on the inputs you choose and on simplified assumptions. They do not model changing risk, correlations, rare events, liquidity, slippage, financing costs, taxes, exchange rates, or actual execution. A scenario, percentile, or estimated probability is not a promised or predicted outcome.

Data And Calculation Risk

Broker imports, integrations, and manual entries can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, misclassified, or wrong. Differences in timezones, currency conversion, symbol mapping, tick values, corporate actions, fees, commissions, funding, partial fills, and broker formats can change your calculated performance. One error in your source data flows through to dashboards, scores, simulations, and AI analysis. Reconcile material information against the original records of your broker, exchange, wallet, or custodian. Do not treat Tradeways as your authoritative record of balances, executions, regulatory filings, or tax obligations.

AI And Other People Can Be Wrong

Our AI reviews your journal and past trading activity. Its output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or fabricated. It can misunderstand your data, miss relevant context, or state an unsupported conclusion with confidence. Verify its factual claims and assumptions yourself, and never base a trade, risk limit, or other financial decision on an AI response alone. Content from other users, mentors, community owners, and moderators can also be inaccurate, biased, conflicted, or unsuitable for you. Unless we expressly say otherwise, these people are independent users: they do not speak for Tradeways, and we have not verified or endorsed them as financial professionals.

Tradeways Macro

Tradeways Macro tracks central-bank decision schedules, compares policy publications, and adds translations and AI-assisted interpretations to selected material, all built from public sources. A schedule, source capture, translation, comparison, redline, or interpretation can be delayed, incomplete, mistranslated, or wrong. A redline shows what changed in a text; it does not tell you whether the change matters, and it does not predict a policy decision, market reaction, price, or rate. Tradeways Macro is not an official central-bank publication and not a real-time news service. Verify material information with the relevant central bank and other authoritative sources before you act on it.
