Platform Notice

This page explains how to report illegal or rights-infringing content stored or shared through Tradeways, and what happens after you report it. You do not need a Tradeways account to make any report on this page. Community standards and other contractual rules are in the Terms of Service.

Effective date: 1 August 2026

Report Illegal Content

Anyone — any person or organisation — can send an illegal-content notice to support@tradeways.app. Where Tradeways shows a report option next to content, you can use that instead. Include in your notice: • Why you believe the specific content is illegal, explained in enough detail for us to assess it. • The exact electronic location of the content — for example the URL, community, channel, message, public share, or username — and anything else we need to find it. • Your name and email address. You can leave these out if your notice concerns suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation and the law allows anonymous reporting. • A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information and allegations in your notice are accurate and complete. If you give us electronic contact details, we will confirm receipt without undue delay. We will assess your notice in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner — in plain terms, we judge what you reported on its merits and apply the same standard to every notice. We will then tell you our decision and how you can challenge it (your means of redress) without undue delay. If your notice does not contain enough information to find and assess the content, we may ask you to clarify it.

Intimate Images Shared Without Consent

If you appear in an intimate image or video published on Tradeways without your consent — including a digital forgery, meaning an edited or AI-generated depiction that realistically appears to show you — you, or someone authorised to act for you, can ask us to remove it. Email support@tradeways.app with the subject "Intimate Image Removal Request" and include: • Your physical or electronic signature. • Which image or video you mean, with enough information for us to locate it on Tradeways. • A brief statement that you believe, in good faith, it was published without consent, together with any relevant information. • Contact information we can use to reach you safely. Do not attach or redistribute the image unless we ask for it. If your request is valid and covered by applicable law, we will remove the reported material within 48 hours of receiving your request and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. If the intimate image involves a minor, do not email the image itself. Send only its location to support@tradeways.app, use an available in-service report option, and contact the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authority.

Copyright Complaints

Send a copyright complaint to support@tradeways.app and include: • Your physical or electronic signature. • The copyrighted work you say is infringed, or a representative list of works. • The material you want removed or disabled and its exact location on Tradeways. • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. • A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. • A statement that your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury where applicable — that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner. We may share your complaint with the person who posted the material when that is necessary to assess or respond to it.

If We Restrict Your Content Or Account

Where the law requires it, we will give you a clear and specific reason when we restrict your content or your account — a statement of reasons. It will state: • What we restricted and, where relevant, where and for how long the restriction applies. • The material facts, and whether a report led to the decision. • Whether we made material use of automated means in taking the decision. • The legal or contractual ground for the decision. • How you can challenge the decision, including your means of redress. We will not identify a person who reported content unless doing so is strictly necessary and lawful. To ask us to review a decision, reply to the decision notice or email support@tradeways.app. Tell us which content and decision you mean and why the decision should change. Asking us for review does not limit your right to complain to a regulator or to go to court.
